I was requested to make some videos on "How to buy properties at the foreclosure auction". This is the mortgage foreclosure auction. These are the auctions that determine if the bank/plaintiff will get the property back as an REO asset or if a 3rd party bidder will have a higher bid and take ownership of the property. One of these two scenarios is going to happen.

In this video, I answer some of the most common questions concerning bidding on these properties. This is the first video in a series, so make sure and watch until the end to get a solid foundation of what to expect if you plan to bid at the foreclosure auction.
