CROCHET GRANNY RECTANGLE - ELEGANT METHOD

This is another tutorial after many requests for my favourite way of doing a granny blanket but in a rectangle version.

You will need DK yarn no 3 and a 4mm crochet hook.

This is so pretty! I've been on a mission for about a week to learn various ways of constructing granny rectangles. I was already sold on the single-crochet center row, but I love the way you've stacked the clusters in the continuing rounds. If I wasn't already 75% through a cake of Lion Tweed Stripes, I'd have frogged my current project and use your technique. I'll definitely use it on my next granny rectangle. Thank you for sharing.

I like this form of a granny square blanket. Very solid and no gaps so it looks nice and firm. I have yarn to use and have been looking for something that would make my finished projects appear more solid in appearance. 😊😊❤❤
