As an Indian, after purchasing this vehicle. I am pretty much satisfied. It comes less than a price of fortuner. Moreover after getting to know that 70℅ of the vehicle parts are made in india. I feel it is a right choice. I dont hate chinease products untill our people earning out of it. ❤

Greetings from India 🇮🇳 ladies and gentlemen of Pakwheels. BYD Motors India Ltd. was launched in India 🇮🇳 in early 2020 with the same line-up as shown in this video. Generally, Chinese auto companies aren't allowed in India. One must build the car with a minimum of 70% localisation from the start just like MG Motors India Ltd. The BYD MPV is mostly used as a taxicab in India the BYD seal and Otto are for the General public. As rightly mentioned in this video. BYD Seal 🦭 is a Tesla killer. Tesla will also launch their products in early 2025. Tesla's manufacturing plant is getting ready to manufacture Tesla models in India 🇮🇳. Let us see how everything pans out between Tesla and BYD. Not all BYD cars are inspired by sea creatures, they have Ocean series and these cars are part of that series.
If you think this is premium than you're not ready for what BYD has to offer under their actual premium brands, ocean series along with Dynasty series are actually mass market brands, they've three more brands above them i.e Denza, Fangchangbao and Yangwang (they produce monsters under this name).
If you want to see a car which really defines BYD than search for Denza Z-9 GT, it's a perfect combination of beauty & performance.
