Does both rock and psychic damage
This attack will hit the target 3 times doubling the power of the attack each time. However if used in a double battle it will act like a barrier until it gets hits three times.
Edit: Dou too how overpowered this is I will Nerf the accuracy to 90
Edit: another Nerf 85 accuracy 30 attack
