Thanks very much for another comprehensive review and recommendation. As a result I did a bit more research on these (very impressed by water resistance tests) and bought some. They are so comfortable and easy to use I wear that when I go to check my sheep in wet weather. Thanks again for putting me on to them; had never heard of them before. Great leather!

I bought a pair of older boots some 30 years ago... Used regularly for about 6 years. To be fair kids came along and not had a bike for years and retried them on last year. Leather still okay and super comfy but basically had their day with the stitching gone. I would definitely recommend for value although I have bought some daytona road stars which are lovely of course but expensive

Good review. I'll be interested to hear how the velcro holds up over time. I have some Alpinestars Ridge Boots with 2 velcro fasteners similar to yours. Also very comfortable and easy to use but after about a year of use though the velcro is losing its strength. The top fastener can come apart with too much flexing, to the extent that I'm looking at getting a buckle added to secure it better.

I have the rst tractecks really comfy and well made im impressed with them I just wish I'd paid a little more for the waterproof version.

Going to have to return mine on warranty and they've become a little leaky. Well, very in the case of the left one. I'll give them another go with a fresh pair.

I've got the sonic Evo boots, they used to sell them over here ages ago apparently. Really impressed with them for the money

Handy review of accessories as I am exactly in the market for boots. Thanks. A few questions...

How do they feel after you change gear couple of hundred times particularly on the upper instep where your toe joint presses against the metalwork?
How thick is the sole compared to the other boots you used to wear? Do you think these have the same longevity?
Are these meant to be all year boots or primarily for winter use? I don't suppose you have worn them in 0 to 5° weather yet have you?

hello there mr flyer i have a question.I recently had a motorbike accedeint(got rear ended) and broke my anlke.I now have a skin flap and graft over the ankle.Do you know of any motorbike boots that i maybe be able to use when i cant get back on the bike. cheers for you videos and keep up the good work thanks Lee

Love the garage videos! However I find that the sound is a bit low in these videos. Maybe a better mic placement would rectify that. Great content as usual!

Boots might look great, but my mate lost his foot wearing simaler type boots, went round corner in town, lost it, bike hit curb, then his right foot, which was left behind . It was proven that if he'd been wearing his normal boots, shin guards ie the lot he'd still have his foot (ouch !)
