Simply scroll down in the Windows Updates, and:

1. click on pause updates for 1 week.

2. resume updates again

or before u pay alot of money for a simple thing...u cant reinstall windows, dont forget to keep both files and apps...works 100% coz this youtubers cant do what they say they can do.
