I have a theory that may make you feel better, I think Henry Is gonna wake up this episode., the reasoning is true oncers like you will notice or are now going to notice the the special effects at the end of this trailer are the same as when Regina and Zelena woke up. Just something to hopefully brighten your day and I hope I'm right :).
