Uncommitted Democratic Party delegates are holding a sit-in protest outside the United Center, demanding that a Palestinian speaker receives stage time during the final night of the Democratic National Convention. NBC Chicago’s Charlie Wojciechowski reports.

If the organizers and Harris Walz allowed the Jewish parents of a hostage time on stage, they should be able allow a Palestinian-American who is a US citizen with family in Gaza time on the main stage. That is the decent thing to do.
