Jay Nolan Community Services collaborated with the innovative Uniquely Abled Project (UAP), which shifts the paradigm of thinking from “disabled” to “uniquely abled. UAP focuses on matching the skills of people with Autism to the current job demands in the community and as a result focuses on creating vocational opportunities with the local community colleges.
