It could had been a manslaughter as appose to a murder. Very unlikely that it was a premeditated murder, just as it unlikely that Natalie got into dark and freezing water by herself. Wagner's life has not been rosy after his wife's death. To live under a cloud of suspicion cannot be easy.

Dennis Davern said he heard wagner yell 'get off my fucking boat' at Natalie.  Wagner may not have meant  to kill her, but he obviously pushed her out of drunkeness jealousy, Woods sister is now saying she believes Wagner pushed her.  Lana Wood said this on TMZ Dennis Davern said a fight was brewing between Wagner and Natalie since the night before that terrible even happened. Davern said Natalie had talked about getting an attorney and divorcing Wagner. People do stupid things and horrible accidents happen when the are drunk as hell and fights break out, wagner probably shoved her or shoved her into the dinghy, She could not have untied that dingy in the rain. She was small. and she would not have gone onshore or to another boat in her nightclothes, She was a movie star and had an image to protect.Her sister said Natalie was always concerned with her looks and age.She would not have wanted the public or friends to see  her with nightclothes on, in the rain,

I don't believe anyone on that boat deliberately caused Natalie's death, I believe it was a horrible accident and all on board were devastated by her death .
Think about the family and allow Natalie to rest in peace .

I'm just sayn' he did what had to be done in his drunken stupor at the time.  Walken probably didn't understand the dynamic there; he egged Natalie on, giving her some kind of false hope I think.  Wagner wasn't going to put up with this crap over again; once was enough.  Walken and Natalie made him feel like a fool ... so he lost it and I'm thinkin' maybe even knocked her out; cast her adrift ... he couldn't very well expect Natalie to forgive and forget ... so he sat on his Hart To Hart ass and let the tide take it's course.  What a coward.  Natalie shouldn't have married this man a second time.
