Only thing that would make this better is links to the products that you bought but thank you so much for this video!

Amazing video. 🙌 The B20 distributor does work in fact, but you have to cut an ear off to make it fit, and only one bolt will line up to attach it to the head. Not ideal, but it does work, if someone wants to go budget, or, if they want to just get it running before their new distributor comes in

great video! I always wanted to do something like this on my old Prelude that had the grandfather B-series, B20A but it was a bit more work because in addition to the oil supply, we had to slightly open up I think the 4 outer most head bolt holes (like the belt side and transmission sides of the motor) since those were slightly not in line with the newer B series heads, and that pretty much meant requiring a custom head gasket too instead of using its original, or a VTEC head gasket. Unrelated though - if you wanted to take it one step further, get some Integra Type R style pistons for the CRV block for extra compression and thus more high end power, and some beefier connecting rods to handle the higher RPMs long term.

Awesome build dude, I run an Opel Vectra (GM car) electric/ hydro power steering pump in my prelude, just two short hoses to and from the rack- that way you can toss your belt driven pump. You do need to be running at least an 80A alternator however...

I bought a car with this setup boosted. Wanting to tune it up and get it tuned. When looking for spark plugs and wires, am i getting those for the b16 motor? Or is it wires for a b16 and plugs for a b20? Someone please help me

Awesome video bro! Very good information. Looking forward to your next video. I still want to do a budget Honda build after my 32. BTW, very nice PPE on your steal toe shoe lol. You know, that's the real master tech right there. 😁
