I have high functioning autism but it comes with so many challenges. I cannot do social events, I have 0 friends, I only feel safe when I’m completely alone and I need to read fiction all the time so I can feel like I’m escaping. I have 4 kids and my meltdowns can be hard on them. I need these sounds to be able to sleep, just so my mind doesn’t go all over the place and I’m awake all night.

I always couldn't sleep. I have adhd and autism. this helps really well. the colors are so bright and shiny it makes me want to fall asleep because colors are soothing. even shiny colors.

Started to get really relaxed and then a shiney trumpet like synth happened. This is nice but not sleep inducing for me. I like the deep harmonics though so I'll come back to it for background noise to read or paint to.

Definitely recommend, just not for sleep if you have any kind of audio sensitivity
