Before people start mindlessly commenting that 'oh but other champions can do that', 'diana was there' and 'he loses half his stats on ulting', listen here whenever riot releases a new champ they are always super buffed so that people actually try and win even if they can't play.
That's just how they market their merchandise.
Saying that kaante is not broken right now makes you stupid because he is supposed to be broken right now according to riot even if players don't want him like that.
