The only thing that I dont understand which concerns me... what if China for example moved from an emerging market to developed. Will this mean all the holding structure of VWO will change.

I know it is great to have an emerging market tracker only but I also would like to make sure it capture and stay its course when there is an upside.

Developed is safer . Emerging is very challenging at this time .

I am a Ray Dalio fan. Agree this world is a very broken place - still, I believe in a global economy and the USA is also a broken place.
