"I didn't mean to call you a meatloaf, Jack!" Best. Transformation. Scene. Ever.

Imagine a group of kids playing and having fun, and all of a sudden a song starts playing and everyone screaming calling mummy and daddy and running in different directions. This is what usually happens back in the 80s at our house. Every song in this movie was a night mare. And trust me nobody will sleep at night that day.

For a thought the Mickey Mouse was going to jet outta there when David was transforming. My favorite scene, and Sam Cooke's version was greatly utilized. Best Werewolf movie EVER!

American Werewolf in London made me obsessed with Sam Cooke and Bobby Vinton's versions of Blue Moon! But too bad Y.T didn't exist in 1981, and I had a hard time finding them on vinyl, plus they cost me a little fortune back then.

This is such a beautiful song… to bad it’s associated to one of the most traumatizing transformations ever put onto film…. And it was bad ass! I love it!!!

This is one of the best things that has ever happens to me. He basically rewrote the song. The fact that this exists is proof that God loves us.
