You are speeding as well and yes, school bus are allow to travel on left lane.

I don't know why 101.5 employees feel as if the road is just for them. Yea it is legal for the bus to be in the fast lane. How do you justify the need to pass when the drivers are already exceeding the speed limit? The left lane pull over law does not address the situation when the vehicles are all exceeding the limit. It does apply when the vehicle in question is going below the speed limit.
