the Model Builder works fine in the us but when i use it in EGYPT the elevations are not like the reality at all. any solutions ?

Hi Jeff, this is a nice video tutorial. Thank you. Just to confirm, can I use Infraworks for prelim design without the need to use other AutoDesk software (AutoCAD or Civil3D)?
