Economic Warfare

This nation was founded on the principle of wealth creation. The government is supposed to promote the creation of an environment conducive to the creation of wealth--not job creation, not bailouts, not subsidies, not expansion of the federal bureaucracy, and not providing lifetime support to those who choose not to take advantage of the innumerable opportunities that exist in this nation for them to create a better, more productive life for themselves. Instead of economic success, today we have economic warfare. If we can turn around the tide at the next Presidential elections, Ziad K. Abdelnour will argue, there is a very bright future ahead of us. If not, we are in for a an even bumpier road.

I totally agree that the establishment now graduates tools more than individuals. That the future of the economy will be made of organized independent individuals a lot more than organizations. However The state should regulate against the lack of ethics, and to ensure that the people that don't have the brains, nor the audacity, nor the passion can live a dignified life just because they are people too. What is wrong now, is that it uses those founds to promote oligarchy and plutonomy.

This nation was not founded on the principle of wealth creation. You may want to review to Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, and the US Constitution. You are horribly mistaken.

Which nation do you mean, the the First Continental congress or that coup by Hamilton and Washington? But the federalists talked about a strong national central power with a national bank. This founding principle you speak of, could you provide evidence of that.

The principle I learned of, which was not openly advertised by those "founders", but which was practiced was wealth consolidation via the power of the state.

The speaker sounds good, but pure capitalism is anarchy, Murray Rothbard.

so here is what i see in this video

His goal: sell his book
How: Convincing you need his book to get rich
First tactic: Blaming others (government, wallstreet guys) for "tricking you" in your daily life (creating an opposition)
Second tactic: Making it more trustworthy by putting in some basic truths like its good to write articles and to study, which acts as an "shield" which makes it hard to critisize him

what do you guys think? am i wrong?

Dear Douglas, please stop shouting. Or did you not know that using all capitals in your message is taken as shouting?
The courage to speak your mind about the way you see things is admirable, however, you are mistaken and your mentors are mistaken.

This guy graduated from Wharton...a private ivy league school in Pennsylvania.
The person he first chose to emulate is Mike Milken...a convicted felon.
