5:12 I agree with viewing AI as a tool that PMs use on a daily basis in order to assist with gathering project data results in order to focus more on relationship building with everyone involved with projects and the customers who will be affected by the projects.

Great video Andrew thank you. The replacement of employees by AI (of any skillset/title...yes, even CEOs!) will depend on the need for human judgment, creativity, and personal interaction required in the skillset/title. It is difficult for me to imagine a large, difficult project being run by AI due to all of the interaction and negotiations that are required. As you point out AI can be a huge 'helping hand' to a PM. Unfortunately companies may see this as a way to cut costs and not needing to hire full fledged PMPs.

AI will never replace actual Proj Managers tho - impossible - too much face to face relationship building; not to mention, AI can only replace you if your company can afford to implement it to that level

First of all I would like to say BIG THANK YOU to you Andrew. Thanks to you I got my PMP certificate on Nov 23. You are an amazing instructor. After I got my PMP now I will chase the AWS AI certificate then PMI-ACP certificate. However, PMI changed the structure of the ACP as you know so I would like to ask if you will update your udemy acp course content. That’s why it’s so important to diversify your education and experience, don’t put all your eggs in a single basket. AI will replace 90% of what PMs do so be sure to spread out your skillset!
