For me I like the fact that the programs are typically shorter and also cheaper. Plus you get to live overseas. What more could you ask for?

Debating on whether on not to get my Masters in Spain and I'm so glad I came across your video. We have pretty much the exact same reasons for studying abroad. For me the cost is especially important. The cost of a Masters degree in America is disheartening and one of the main reasons I'm hesitant to get my degree. I've also been wanting to move abroad meet new people and immerse myself in other cultures.

Now my main concern is getting older and settling down. I'm turning 30 and my biological clock is ticking, but if I want to settle down in the future it would be difficult to have a family and take on the amount of debt it takes to get a Masters degree here in the states. I don't think I'd be able to study abroad with a family although I'm sure it's possible. It's just one of those things I want to take on without the added baggage. A lot to think about - Thanks so much for uploading this!

University of Bristol student here 👋 glad you enjoyed your time here 😊 I was out here thinking masters programmes were too expensive here, but I completely forgot how crazy US tuition fees are!

Not a degree but 11 months in Japan for the intensive language immersion program. The experience was invaluable especially with my host family treated me like their son.

I also did my MiM in London, but at LSE. London is such an amazing city that you can always have things to explore. The exposure is different compared to living in other cities in the UK.

Hi Kristina! I have a similar experience as you have. I am from China and I went to UC Berkeley for summer school when I was in my sophomore year in college. After that I decided to pursue a master degree in the U.S and I've been in the states for over a year now. I absolutely love having different life experience and enjoy building connections with people from diverse background. Thanks for making inspiring videos as always.

Thank you so much for making this video! I'm in the exact same position. I love london, and relocated there for 2 months last year (I'm self-employed so I could work remotely) and I've been considering doing a masters in england on and off for 8 years. Seems like a student visa is way easier than finding a brit to marry me, which seems the only other way to get employed. I studied abroad in germany in 2012 as part of undergrad for the life experience mostly (and my uni paid entirely for me to live their because of my financial aid), but now it's a mix of wanting the degree (at 1/2-1/5th the price of getting it in the US) and to live in London. I could do a masters in germany for free, but it's twice as long. Anyway, thanks a bunch. I'm saving cash like bananas right now and I think I would be able to move there by 2021 and pay for it in cash. This was such a helpful video!

Hey love your videos! beautiful content keep it up :)

I'am a 20 years old Sudanese born and raised in Qatar and currently studying in BA Mass Comm and majoring in PR at Malaysia. I think what made me decide to study abroad is really getting out of my comfort zone to fully evolve I have always been sheltered and from a small town so I've always had the urge to live independently without relying on my parents. I guess as well for the fact that I'm a third culture kid so being around different cultures is the norm for me.

Once again love your content.

I have studied in Georgia for four years as an international student. And I am a current undergrad freshman at Cal! So Go bears! Always enjoy watching your videos cuz I am interested in both PR and Consulting. Also I’m thinking of studying abroad in Japan, where I always wanna go.

Thanks for another great vid! In the US, if you are an employee of school, in some schools, you can get 100% tuition reimbursement (ex. Georgia Tech, Emory, etc.)

Great post. London is a fantastic city to study and also where you can work with people across the world. I had great time in this amazing city.

Thanks for sharing your experience ❤ I'd love it if you can make a video on how you went through the process of applying for the course and the student Visa as you suggested, that will be so helpful. Thanks
