Just got one of these recently as my first bike. Interesting take, I live in London so a light, I think nippy bike like this is really fun. Dont get me wrong, it is slow and the power delivery is kinda annoying at times (either cruising or all out) but it does have its own charm I think in how barebones it is. I did a fair bit of riding on an MT-07 which isnt crazy but is a lot more powerful than this and honestly for where I live the wr is more engaging and enjoyable. on those long country roads i can imagine it getting boring, cus that is exactly where this bike is weak
