I’m on an iPhone 11 and also an iPhone 7 Plus and both had this issue. I did all three steps a few times and didn’t solve the problem. Once I reset all the settings on my phones I had to refresh my router and that got it fixed for me, I hope this helps anyone that’s needs this issue fixed.

OMG your my hero it worked For some people if it didn’t work when you tried it what you can do is turn your phone off and turn it back on and it will work I did if after wards turned my phone off n back on 😊
