I’ve really enjoyed your vids. After eyeballing ISFs forever, I finally lucked into on this June, a 2008 w/ only 56, 000 miles on it. I love everything about it honestly. It’s a great car foe having power and performance but also a very sensible daily driver. Highway fuel economy is incredible for 416 hp V8... I get 26 mpg routinely.

My uncles friend bought this new back in 2011 or something like that and he took me for a ride when I was a kid and ever since then I’ve always wanted one

Boo! The IsF is extremely engaging... Coilover, and and a full RR (headers, exhaust, intake, tune) tune is the way. I have a 2010 IsF with bolt ons and 420hp at the wheel.

Still loving mine. It’s my daily and for weekends I have the e92 M3 FBO NA dct. Absolutely still love both, they are very different. I have owned e92 M3 ess 625 SC 6 speed as well. Prefer the dct I have now. Will look to add c63 at some time. Look forward to your next video.

Only 8 or so for sale in Australia currently. My brother has one and it's identical to yours in spec and mods, but RHD. He had a first Gen IS300 as a daily and an Evo 6 as his other car. With Evo prices rising quickly, he sold the Evo which was rarely driven and the IS300 to buy an IS-F.

I daily an IS350 F Sport, and have a manual swapped V160/1JZ GTE Toyota Soarer with 550whp (SC300 to you guys) - so I couldn't justify buying an IS-F and having two fast cars, as I don't think I'd drive the Soarer much if I had an IS-F as a daily.

There’s a lot of chatter lately about bringing the IS-F back this coming fall. And dropping a twin turbo V8 in the LS. I stick with Lexus because there’s no big headaches or even aggravations with them. Crossing my fingers for the return of the IS-F this year.

Best thing to me about the rr bushings is my front tires wear evenly now. No more needing tires every 2 years

Not having a manual transmission option really hurt the ISFs "engagement" quotient for the gearheads. Probably what's holding it back from being a sort after enthusiast car like the M cars. The lack of aftermarket mod options doesn't help either. However, I think you nailed it right on the head about the ISF being a perfect daily driver with a performance V8, tight capable chassis and suspension with an upscale fit and finish of a luxury brand. You get all of this without breaking the bank when comes time for maintenance and repairs with the ISF.
