You can use the html attribute 'rows' on your Inkline text area to adjust how high (how many rows of text) it contains.
For example: <i-textarea rows="20" />

i think you have to do .form-input-group texterea, because texterea input is inside of a block with class "form-input-group" and for the margin on the top you could use utilities instead like class="_margin-top-1"

for textarea height you should remove scoped from style and then everything be ok
