In a 2001 toho movie Godzilla MGK, godzilla did eat a guy in a mini submarine. The guy survived by firing a special torpedo that uses a drill to go through the tough scales. He fired the torpedo into the shoulder which exploded after drilling through godzilla's shoulder. Godzilla used his heat beam. But instead of shooting it out of his mouth, the beam went through the shoulder wound. The guy in the mini sub escaped through the now bigger shoulder wound. It makes this guy the only person who got eaten by a titan and lived to tell the tale.

Fun fact: No canonical version of Godzilla has eaten or has an appetite for humans or animals. He gains sustenance for his body from the radiation he absorbs (mostly from power plants)

Radiation damage can kill in as little as a few seconds or as long as years. The biggest difference is what the level was. The next thing is that you probably wouldn't make it past godzilla's throat his Radiation intensity increases ten fold for each inch or so depending upon what cannon your going by. The intensity is based upon how close to his core you are.

A human falling into a volcano would die of overheating long before they hit the lava, so if Rodan's body is as hot as magma, you'd be dead basically as soon as he closed his mouth

(My opinion)I think that the most brutal death is either Rodan or mechagodzilla.If you go down Rodans throat you will get burned alive and if you go down mechagodzilla tries to eat you, you will expect all the bones in your body to break.By the way the test subject going down Godzillas throat looked like Darth Vader without his suit on.

I feel like getting eaten by Ghidorah would look similar to Vecna's transformation (Stranger Things). Just getting struck by lightning from every side except instead of surviving you'd be dead near instantly.
