PLEASE make this a series! Kicking flexibility is SO important for shorts/pants. I always dislike having non-flexible pants or shorts.

Finally, a Rip test for Kicking, and Yes, We Need this as a Series, I Mostly Use Punches In a Fight Instead of kicks Despite The Fact That I'm Alot More Trained In Taekwondo Than in Boxing Is Because that I'm Usually In my School Uniform Most of the Time Outside, And I can't Trust my School Pants

Hey Nat, been watching you for a long while now, and learning from you has truly been a great part of my everyday life.
I have a suggestion, how about you make a "Detailed Video" of your Daily schedule, such as at what time you Wake up, what do you Eat in your Diet, When do you go to the Gym, what all Workouts you do there each with their respective Name and Reps, When do you do Your Training, what all exercises do you do and if you follow John Gardiner's "A Better Warm Up", What is your Training routine, what all Stretching exercises, Plyometrics, Calisthenics exercises, Kicks and Punches and other body specific Exercises do you do for maintaining a Lean and Muscular body but at the same time being able to launch Explosive attacks, what are those "Specific Body parts" that also need to be Trained for this. Also mention if your Weekday specific Exercises and Workouts differ for each day. Please try to keep this information Thorough and detailed and perhaps you could make a 10-20 minute long video because it will be very helpful for everyone who strives to attain a Physique like that of yours. I wanted to write more about what could be included in the video but nobody likes long Paragraphs for sure.
