Here is what you'll need!

5-Minute Microwave Cheesecake
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon butter
2 graham cracker sheets
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
3-4 drops vanilla extract
Raspberries, to serve

PREPARATION
1. Melt the butter in a small microwaveable mug or dish. Grease a ramekin with the melted butter.
2. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs, then mix it with the remaining butter. With a spoon, press the crust flat against the sides of the dish.
3. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, stirring until there are no lumps. Transfer the mixture on top of the cracker crust, then spread it evenly on top.
4. Microwave for at least 4 minutes, 30-45 seconds at a time at 50% power. Make sure the cheesecake does not bubble over the sides.
5. Chill in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, until it is completely cool to the touch.
6. With a knife, loosen the edges of the cheesecake then invert onto a plate, or eat straight from the dish.
7. Top with a few raspberries, and enjoy!

I made this, and it turned out so good! But I added more time to cooking, and a few other twists.

when you microwave it, it is very important to do the 45 seconds + 45 + 45 + 45, and then do 1 minute. That ensures it is not exploding, and that it is well cooked.

Put it in the “freezer” not fridge until it is completely cooled, because it’s not healthy to eat warm cream cheese.

While it’s chilling, I made a strawberry purée with frozen strawberry’s, and sugar. ( you can use normal strawberry’s, or just another fruit.) then I topped it off with a dollop of whipped cream and a fresh strawberry.

This was absolutely delicious, and I definitely recommend you trying it!

Made it. Turned out wonderful. Just keep the microwave in defrost mode at 45 sec interval.

I approve this recipe. When I took out of the microwave, it looked SO runny, but then I popped it into the freezer for about an hour and it turned out great. Tastes good, too.

im just say this:

IT WAS SO FREAKING
i made a slightly bigger version, not purposefully, only because I accidentally messed up on the measuring of the ingredients, and so I kept adding more...next thing I knew I had a small cheesecake, but in the end, it was SO FREAKING GOOD, AND AMAZING, I already recommended it to my mom, and im prancing around the house boasting about my "master class of baking"

Thank You So Much for giving us unique, yet simple recipes. I always love to put them to the test, and this one did not let me down AT ALL :)

Everyone so mad cuz it exploded.
It sounds like alot of people did the whole 4 minutes at once, instead of 45 second increments to 4 minutes.

I tried it, it's actually amazing and tastes like an exact cheescake, u can also add jam on top!

Soooo good I made a lemon version and I added lemon zest, and a squeeze of lemon in there, and I ended up making it bigger.

I tried this with a toaster on the highest speed and it worked! You didn’t need any intervals, I just put it in for the whole 4 mins
