Fun fact: An octopus's arms are slightly autonomous, AKA, they do stuff without the brain telling them to. So its very likely the big brain didn't even mean to punch. The arm was angry.

Edit: I am very young and wrote this when I was dumb and very much younger; THIS IS NOT HOW OCTOPI WORK... kinda. It's very similar to what my original (joke) comment was saying but somehow even more fascinating. Read the replies for some more details but I would highly suggest doing some research because their neural biology is WILD and incredible. I am not nearly educated enough to go fully into detail but it's a certain level of self-autonomy with some really cool features in place.

I read the video title as "Octopus Punches Starfish". Even after I saw the octopus punch the fish, I was still waiting for it to punch the starfish next.
