When Salads client requests the increased number of cores and system RAM needed you do get more $$. I've just had $3.10 3070 8GB job but it was using 34-36GB RAM and 7-10% of a 32 core CPU which is unusually high for a 3070 8GB container. So they one must have been an upgraded container that the client has paid more for. To put that into perspective that's 50% more earnings than normal container, and also I wouldnt have recieved that job if I didn't have 64GB RAM. Food for thought. i think those chopping on older 4 core CPUs and 32GB ram and 8GB cards may be losing some higher spec jobs that they could have got - so the old brandon addage of "32GB is enough for an 8GB card" is not quite that black and white mate! :)

I am not getting any CPU intensive workload with my 128 thread epyc so I guess they dont care about it... and my 4090s arent getting containers higher than 3.5-3.7$

Im chipping on 4060 ti for say 8 hours a day and only getting payed for 2. I showed all my proof to salad they thought it was weird told me to go back to 1.5.5. They secretly got ahold of my and didn't respond to community support post If you want to go read that on there discord. And i think this on 1 5.5. I noticed this morning my pc was surly on a container but couldn't see because I hit the update notification. I can get ahold of you on discord and show you. This is crazy. Ever sense I put the 4060ti on there it's been almost equally up fpr 3 hours abd down for 6 every 6 hours but my I check and salad on the rig says I'm on a 4.50 job .

No, salad is not going up. It's going down. 4090's and 4080's get jobs within the hour. 3090ti, almost within the hour, and 3090s and 4070's almost never.
