Gargle and Drink apple cider vinegar in the morning and before going to bed, 2 spoonful apple cider mix with 1/2 cup of water, i use bragg because its organic, thank me later...

Brush your teeth with coconut oil and gargle and move it around in your mouth. Spit it out and brush your teeth normally with your toothpaste and use hydrogen peroxide 3% as your mouth wash and gargle with it. Spit it out and and rinse with water. Your breath and mouth will be fresh all day and even when you wake up the next morning. I do this everyday. The coconut oil and hydrogen peroxide also helps with whitening!
