The part at 3:05 where the drum transitions into bullets is outstanding!

The saddest moment in the game. A blackmailed friend, stuck into a machine seen too harsh even for its creator, near death because of all the kojima contamination, and exhausted by all the data 00-Aretha feeds his brain. A mute mercenary, commanded by the father of the woman whom he loves, obliged to defend a small colony just to protect her. Both have most likely killed thousands, but now must face each other to decide between a complete wipeout, or just a single survivor. Anatolia is probably unabitable after the fight, regardless of the result. Maybe one single NEXT's kojima contamination could have been contained, but the 00-aretha is capable of assault armor, blasting entire yards with kojima explosions. The fight, at this point, is useless, because Anatolia is successfully destroyed... but one last target remains: us. Joshua is not even sad, when we defeat him. He knows he's only doing what he was obliged to do, but with his death, a new peace shall come. Honestly, i'm content with Anatolia's merc. in taking the white glint mantle, letting Joshua's legacy live on. This song enhances the moment... even a little too much. Kota Hoshino never ceases to amaze us.

AC4 gave me goosebumps as a kid with how epic the soundtrack was. It gave you the feeling that you were actually the lynx just going about your day doing the thing you are best at, and being pumped about it, while occupying an otherwise bleak existence of participating in nonstop pointless wars to feed your homies.

Hey. I guess there's little need for words...
I won't ask you to forgive me. Hate away.
(coughs) I'll be right behind you. You can chew me out on the other side.
So...this is the end. (coughs) This is for the best.
I found this final battle really memorable, also the 00-ARETHA is sexy AF.

I like how Anatolia's fall cements Omer Science as a pseudo Illuminati company and how in For Answer Otsdarva even blames Anatolia's mercenary and Fiona for the colonies destruction.
