Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap - Official Reveal Trailer

Get your first look at Robot Entertainment's just-announced Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap, the latest in the 10-million-unit-selling tower defense series. It promises four-player co-op, roguelite progression, crazier physics-based and destructive traps in bigger environments, and improved third-person combat – all rendered in Unreal Engine 5. It's in development for PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store) and Xbox Series X|S and due out in early 2025.

All y'all saying this looks like fortnite need to remember the face of your father and check the release dates. OMD1 (2011) vs Fortnite (2017).

Fortnite StW lifted from OMD and was going to be a real spiritual successor to the series before the Battle Royale mode happened and devoured the rest of development.

Awesome that a new OMD is coming out, but what are these generic characters? Devs please spend 0% of your time developing new chars, instead bring back the OGs and focus your time on new traps, new maps, and new enemies. The combination of traps, maps and enemies jointly create the absolute core of what makes this game fun: MAKING CREATIVE STRATEGIES TO KILL THE ORCS.

In everything you do, EVERYTHING, please keep this in mind. When someone from your team says "hey let's create a bunch of new diverse characters", you should be thinking "does this contribute to the players having to make creative strategies to kill the orcs?". If not, don't spend a single penny on it. It's that simple.

The playable characters look terrible. The only thing that looks bad though. Bring in better characters and this could be really fun.

Been waiting to play Orcs Must Die with 3/4 player coop since the release of the first one! Unchained did not quite deliver despite vast improvements with updates after release. Fingers crossed for this one!
