When a spoon attacks

Well you could have knocked me over with a spoon... Bouncy Bird actually smacked herself a few times in the beak before I got the camera going. I try to get the spoon back post-snack, and normally she just drops it when she's done. (If I don't take it away, I find it later chewed to bits. For that reason, just in case she might actually be eating bites of spoon, it's a compostable spoon! )

The squeaking in the background is another bird, a mitred conure who may be watching and commenting, or more likely wondering if she can have another tiny bit of almond cake.
