New York City’deki meşhur @katzsdeli’nin sandviçlerini gördükçe tadını aşırı merak ettiğim pastrami sandviçi sonunda @ritadeli18’de deneyebildim!🤤 Katz’deki sandviçlerin içinde yaklaşık 400 gram pastrami var, günümüzde buna Türkiye’de ulaşmak oldukça güç olur tabii ki ama merak etmeyin, 90 gramlık Rita’nın Reuben’i doymak için oldukça yeterli😍 90 gramlık sandviçler yiyerek, bir patatesi üç kişi paylaştık ve son derece doyduk😅 Reuben’in içeriğini pastrami, Russian dressing sos, emmental peyniri ve lahana turşusu oluşturuyor. Tüm malzemeler müthiş bir uyum içindeydi, sandviçin lezzetine bayıldık. Ekmeklerin sandviçlere özel üretildiğini duymuştum ama çavdar ekmeği ya da Trabzon ekmeği gibi daha tok bir ekmek kullanılsa lezzeti daha da üst seviyeye taşınırdı gibi hissediyorum. Patatesleri de çok leziz ve çıtır çıtırdı bu arada, patates benim için çok önemlidir🤪 Moda’da veya Maçka’da Dekk’te deneyebilirsiniz💕

When I saw the sandwiches of the famous @katzsdeli in New York City, I was very curious to taste the pastrami sandwich, and finally I was able to try it at @ritadeli18!🤤 There are about 400 grams of pastrami in the sandwiches at Katz, which of course would be difficult to find in Turkey nowadays, but don’t worry, 90 grams of Rita’s Reuben is quite enough😍 We ate 90 grams of sandwiches, and shared one fries with three people and we were extremely satisfied😅 Reuben is filled with pastrami, Russian dressing sauce, emmental cheese and sauerkraut. All the ingredients were in perfect harmony, we loved the taste of the sandwich. I’ve heard that breads are specially made for these sandwiches, but I feel like if a fuller textured bread such as rye or Trabzon bread was used, the taste could be much better. The potatoes were also very delicious and crispy btw, potatoes are very important to me🤪 You can try them at Dekk in Maçka or Moda💕
