These infractions by cyclists is getting more frequent. The result of lack of credible and enforceable penalties. This could be avoided if bicycles had to be registered with license plate just like PMDs now. Fine that bugger!

either way if a cyclist hits a Pedestrian not only they will get a ticket for the following Running a red light, No headlights, or tail lights, but also failure to stop for Pedestrian in a crosswalk but also if they keep going Hit and run. Same rules same rights every where does law enforcement do anything to enforce this Nope. Also lets say you the cyclist hits the Pedestrian and falls and hits their head or what ever then the person responsible.. So lets say a cyclist ran a red light hits me i fell to the pavement and hit my head and it was serious the cyclist would be responsible
