Dude when you said no plot, you made a huge mistake. Have you ever read PacMan Hystoria?

The plot goes the Seven Dragons bearing Power Pellets were cast away into the earth by an evil wizard Karisk. The Seven Dragons called out to the chosen one, a young man named PacMan, and gave him the Power Pellets to fight against Karisk's evil minions and infiltrate the fortress, the blue walled 3DS-exclusive stage.
PacMan gets in but is ambushed immediately by Karisk's minions! Blinky, Inky, Pinky and Clyde. He uses the power of the Power Pellets scattered across the fortress collected by Karisk.
Finally he finds Karisk, who is secretly the red ghost. Karisk unveils himself, eating a Power Pellet, and they have an amazing anime battle.
Then PacMan uses the last of Karisk's dying wishes to revive the Seven Dragons, thus ending the story of PacMan.

In the original Pac-Man, the ghosts were called simply monsters. This is why Pac-Man can eat them, and why in the second cutscene, part of Blinky's skin is torn off.

Surprisingly, Clyde actually has his own pattern. Clyde will go around the stage nonchalantly until he sees Pac-Man, then he will chase after him, but he’s easy to avoid.
