Sorry, didn't see your comment. Neutral on my moped is between the 1 and 2 gear, and the 5 and 6 gear. Just press the gear pedal slowly up from the first if you will, and then you can feel a little "click" and the you can push the moped forward with little resistance. If you are new to this, it can be hard to know how hard you should push; but you'll get used to it. :)

Just like on a normal motorcyle. Press the clutch handle in (which is on the left side), press the gear pedal up (or down depending on if you want to go to a higher or lower gear, but this will explain how to start driving the moped) and then release the clutch slowly while turning the "handlebar-control" on the right side slowly (you will find how much/how slowly you will release the clutch handle/turn the handlebar-control at the same time.). This will get easier over time/or fast. :)
