This is great - I was going to write these, but I think using a screencast would be much more efficient for teaching new employees how to implement procedures

This was not insightful, and it didn't even attempt to be. Organizations do not screencast policies and procedures because they are reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis and that would be unnecessarily inefficient. Have someone do it for you, do it with someone, write it yourself. Wow. You should have added in write by hand just for good measure. And I can voice transcribe on my phone for free.

Let me guess: the REAL purpose of this video is to get people to click on affiliate links. Super lame. A lot like the word "uplevel".
