Continue with that simple approach journeymen players 18+, free loans and veterans will fo the trick no fancy youngsters or anything. The league before national league south if you can have a good run in FA cup, trophy you may have some more cash to splash on the team. But also since the club has to pay of the loans because of administration that money could still go to that .

The color of the water appears to just be sand dude.

The North Sea has a sandy bottom. A lot of the Mediterranean has a stony bottom.

The second looks better, the first is cleaner.

The location of that stadium does make me wonder how we keep the shores from eroding away these days. If nothing is done for it that stadium would be an island soon enough.
