I remember going to watch rogue one with my gf she's not a star wars fan and not really a fan of movies in general, she pretty much slept through the whole movie but she woke up to the end scene I think because of all the commotion and the sound of the alarm and after Vaders hallway scene she turned and looked at me and said "that was bad ass" and the whole week after that she wanted to watch everything with Vader in it from movies to tv shows

I like both ideas tbh, like, true Sith made crystals bleed but to arm their apprentices or their forces used cheaper red crystals

Actually: Jedi build their sabers around the crystal. Sith use special forges to force any crystal they want into the socket. That way sith lightsabers can be replaced easily

You know it’s kinda a funny thing with Star Wars “Lore” some people may like elements from canon but also others from legends. Someone may just develop a head canon that combines the two even if it’s not perfect.
Basically Star Wars is kinda becoming a buffet of canon lol

That is extremely hard to find kyber crystals because the empire went on a full-blown scavenger hunt for every piece of kyber Crystal they could find they needed it for the main weapons reactor for the death Star. I still think it's hilarious that the emperor's ultimate weapon is a giant lightsaber . The preferred weapon of the sith enemy and the fact that the beam is green is even more of a slap in the face

I feel like a lot of Jedis or literally anyone with a lightsaber would lose immediately if the people shooting at them coordinated and shot at their feet and head like you can't deflect or dodge bullets that are all trained on completely different locations of your body 🤔

In legends, between ANH and ESB, Vader gets a new crystal for his Saber, a very rare natural red crystal. The story was made to explain a slight color change in his blade between movies.
