Great relief to all accused persons in India. The highest court passed a writ on lower court not send any accused to Jail but Guest House.
Hope this applies to all ordinary Indians who are lioteriing in cramped jails without a charge sheet and applies this rule. What does the Preamble Says All Indians are Equal. The SC may intrepert as As All Indians who are poor who do not send their Children to Primary Schools in India are only Equal. The Judgement on the Day of Ganesh Chaturti is a boon to all rich & famous who should not be sent to
Jail on a mere complaint by the Probe Agencies.

Courts are giving so much of leverage to PC which otherwise are always denied to other common citizens

Very bad precedent by SC, next time if someone in similar case under police custody was supposed to be sent to jail... he/she can refer to the PC case and escape jail confinement.

Why not in Tihar. Law is equal to all. All Indians must raise voice that court proceedings of national interest must be shown live so as to know the intention of our Judges and if needed the judges must be questioned by public for whom they are judging.

This is mockery of justice by supreme court by stating that he will not be sent to jail after cbi custody is over merely because he is a big politician. Why such decision are not given for any ordinary man. Law should be same for everyman.
