Helpful somehow but title is wrong. You are not converting your old application rather you are making a new one and copying from the old app. This way you will loose all git or svn history. For small apps, this process works but not for major project.

You didn't convert from cra to next. You just made a very very basic Next.js app and put a very simple component in it - the title is very misleading.
