Create a Covid-19/Coronavirus tracker app in PHP

When I hosted it using heroku, only Afganistan's Confirmed cases are showing, rest of the table is not shown after deploying but works fine locally. What is the issue? The data is not being retrieved.

The json data contains recovered cases as 0 for all countries for every date!!
