Great tutorial! Amaryllis are one of my favorite bulbs and I have one that is almost 15 years old...still blooms and is going strong. It has produced 6 offshoot bulbs of which only one is mature enough to bloom. I have tried several years to propagate from the seeds by floating them in water but after significant root growth no green. I'll try again this year. Good luck!

I’m trying to save a waxed set that I got from Costco; I have removed the wax and it’s now sitting in a pot already going to bloom. Hopefully it will grow roots after the bloom. Great video!

My mawmaw just gave me one of these already cut she told me to keep it in a dark spot with no water till December she does this every year and it’s 2 ft tall
