Tesla AutoPilot ignores speed setting in some locations

Tesla Model 3 accelerates when activating AutoPilot and ignores "current speed" setting in the AutoPilot settings menu. You can briefly see it uses the 70 km/h (at 01:24) but then immediately switches to 133 km/h (Tesla uses 130 km/h when unrestricted plus my +3 km/h offset).
Fun fact: At this location the road is restricted to 100 km/h.
