Its true Paul has temperament issues that's for sure and he talked himself out of the room. But lets be honest here, the two women played him like a violin and then turned on the tears to great affect. I do rather like Jessica though and was pleased she was given another chance. As for the other one, what goes

She was two faced trying to save her own back by getting on everyones side hoping they would back her up

Paul acts like a real thug when things don't go the way he wants them to. Not only is it unprofessional but intimidating to those who have to work with him.

Paul seemed a reasonable guy on "Your Fired" but in the main show, he's up there as one of the most aggressive, unpleasant and rude candidates the show has ever yielded. His manner and conduct was simply disgraceful IMO.

Sure Frances may have been rather two faced, but such was my dislike of Paul, I can't help but view Frances' little game as a job well done.

Paul has anger management issues like me but Frances turned on him and a girl turned on me so I showed her the rights and she knew her place but I don't think Paul did that he should done because when someone turns on you need to blackmail them and show them how boss I am right
