I've only just discovered your channel and I'm so grateful for the knowledge and guidance, but after watching another very informative video "The Patent Scam Intro" if patents are so diligently handled how is it that "attorneys" and "judges" are rewarded for exploiting the system? and what can one do to protect themselves?

Seems like writing the first draft of your claims yourself would be the best way to truly understand exactly what your invention is about. I am doing this even though filing a provisional patent. Since lawyers specialize so much in their area of practice it seems like patent attorneys would need to do the same with regard to the type of inventions they write patents for.

I believe not one patent office or agent in the world can do an absolutely exhaustive search for any claim or invention. Correct me if I am wrong. It's not just prior patents that can invalidate a Patent application. Non patent published info can also invalidate an application. So searching patents alone is limiting.
Also there are too many patent agents who are not putting in their best efforts to write a Patent spec you deserve. We have to write it ourselves or at least know how to write it so that we can check if the patent agent has not screwed your patent up. Patent agents and Lawyers profiteer from the Inventors because they have specialized knowledge. This does not mean all of them are capable or competent or honest. They prey on innocent people using specialized knowledge they have.

What is an appropriate solution when one has to constantly battle an Examiner who is stubborn & deviates from the main aspect of my invention?  I'm now facing another round of continuation in part.  Every time the Examiner digs up more things which are totally irrelevant to my concept.  Patenting is like open heart surgery.  Solutions are welcome.

I've seen such dubious ads from people saying they are lawyers who also offer a free worldwide patent search. 😏

your statements about international patent searches canceling your patent; implies that a US patent would protect worldwide! I am confused because a US patent does not protect internationally .... please help me understand this.

How do I go about "hiring" you? Also, should I be worried with the great price you're offering for all of those addons (only kidding)

The searcher may get away for not really doing a proper job.

Getting a patent is not proof of patentability because patents are challenged and invalidated frequently after you sue for infringement

We need to understand what is "Exhaustive". Absolutely exhaustive or loosely speaking exhaustive? Who can search China, Indian, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Russian, German, French, Italian database, just to name a small few?

Still paying $150 for the claim, even if it's absorbed into the search. It is $450 for the first step of the patent search? Watched your video on patent search before. Ineed to do a search, but cannot do it all myself. I've experienced time and time again over many years, my ideas have already been patented. Now I have another idea, and need help to do a thorough search before I go further. To invent something that no one in the whole world has thought of is very difficult, so how is it that so many do it. Alot of people' invention don't make it to the market also.
