In this 10-minute video, physical therapist Barbara leads viewers through a series of hand and wrist exercises designed for stroke patients who can perform rehabilitation exercises at home. The video is suitable for all fitness levels and includes modifications for those with limited mobility.

The first exercise targets the wrist and involves gentle stretches in both directions. Next, Barbara guides viewers through a series of wrist flexion and extension exercises, emphasizing the importance of proper form to isolate the desired muscle groups. Nerve glides are introduced to improve flexibility and range of motion in the fingers, followed by strengthening exercises that involve pushing and pulling against resistance with the hands clasped together.

The video concludes with placement and hold exercises designed to improve proprioception, or the body's awareness of its position in space. These exercises target the wrist and fingers in various positions, including open palm and curled fingers. Throughout the video, Barbara offers modifications and helpful tips to ensure that viewers can perform the exercises safely and effectively.

This video is a great resource for stroke patients who are looking for safe and effective hand and wrist exercises that they can do at home as part of their rehabilitation program.

This sent me a "Recovery Tips" book rather than the promised 25 pages of exercises with photos. I'm grateful for your offer to share this free and hopeful to actually receive the exercises pdf.

It is also very beneficial to stimulate the touch of the weak arm or leg, with various ways.
For example, you can massage the arm or leg, or you can use a hair comb, to softly "comb" the arm or leg all the way down to the fingers.

We hear the word stretching, stretching should be stretched,
So what actually happens is the left side is shortened, the length of the arm, the length of the leg and more... as a result of this the body has a tendency to close to the inner side, the left hand wants to turn to the right... the new proposal is to stretch the arm, leg, with dumbbells.

And in addition, make rotations to the opposite side, that is, to the outside of the body.

Thank you, Creator of the world, thank God.
This will be a global revolution in treatment!
