The rich Zambians don't like staying in close up hoods but isolated from the rest of the population in the farms, beautiful neighborhood though

True Kingsland is beautiful. But the wealthiest or Wealthy Zambians dont live in such. They have massive land in the outskirts with Super Mega Mansions. They Live privately. Then we have the "Rich" that live around Lusaka but not in Gated Communities. KingsLand is for the Upper Class yes. Check out Roma Park too. Its beautiful too.

You need to move around Lusaka a little bit more. The well-to-do hide in:
New Kasama, State Lodge, Chifwema, Kabulonga, Sunningdale, Roma Park, and Eureka Park.

Visit Roma Park and Eureka Park.

I have been looking at these beautiful landscape and scenery of Zambia I am planing to visit very soon

I left Lusaka for school several years ago, and haven't been back. I've never heard of this place. 🤔 It looks like a fairly new development targeted at urban professionals and ex-pats. But in our country, the wealthy mainly live on private million-dollar properties on private yards or farmlands, not Chinese-built apartments. This development looks very good though, but not quite the upper class.
