Report Assignment in SAP Query | Assign ABAP Programs, Transactions and more to SAP Query

There is a Report Assignment function in SAP Query (transaction SQ01). This function allows you to assign additional reports to an SAP Query, to which you can branch within the query results.

For example, you can display purchase orders in the SAP Query output. With the report assignment in SAP Query, you can branch to transaction ME23N and transfer the purchase order number that you double-clicked on. Report mapping in SAP Query allows you to map a transaction or another query so that this transaction or query is called in the results.

Is report assignment something you have to do in each environment? I assigned new program and saved query and transported from dev to quality, but assignment isn't there. I even tried a second time.
